Chosen by Karen. Served with flaming goat cheese, chicken with cider cream and calvados (that despite being 40% alcohol resists, just so you know, being set aflame), and s'mores.

• Tim: A-, holds up well, considering it's 50 years old, and it fascinates me that the authorities didn't do the censoring--people did it on their own.
