1) The person who chooses the book is completely and totally in charge from the moment the last meeting ends until the end of their own meeting.
a) they choose whatever kind of book they so desire
b) they deal with any problems or issues which come up in that time period
c) they are in charge of providing space and providing food in any manner which works for them
2) In order to keep momentum, the person who chooses the next book must be at the current meeting in order to set a date for the next one. If they can't be there, we skip them and come back to them.
3) To the extent possible, we try to choose books two meetings ahead.
4) Basic choosing order is as follows (subject to changes as listed above!)
