Assorted Recent Travels

China (2005):
Two weeks traveling with Eleni, and one week at the MF Symposium in Hangzhou.

Kyoto (2005):
A quick one-week trip to Japan to interview a researcher for a Discover story (but with lots of sightseeing in between).

India (2004):
The MF symposium in Bangalore, and then three weeks traveling on my own.

Jena, Germany (2003):
A one-week trip to Jena, Germany for the annual Melton Foundation Symposium.

Prague (2002):
A two-week, working trip to Prague to research the astronomers Johannes Kepler and Tycho Brahe.
